Chase Erkins, SIOR
Principal, Associate Broker
Chase Erkins is a Principal with Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC., a full-service, commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. He was born and raised in rural Idaho and received his Bachelor in Business Communication from the University of Idaho. Chase brings a history of operations and sales expertise, the ability to present creative solutions, and a desire to exceed client’s expectations. He has represented clients in the purchasing, selling, and leasing of office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and land.
As an active community volunteer, Chase currently serves on the board of directors for Faces of Hope, Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Urban Land Institute Idaho (ULI), and is a member of Idaho Business for Education and Boise Elevated. He served as the Executive Chair of Boise Young Professionals and is Past President of his rotary club, Boise Centennial Rotary, in which he is still very active.
Emily Gray
Licensed Executive Assistant
Emily Gray is an Executive Assistant for Chase Erkins at Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Emily graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2003, received her Master’ of Fine Arts from the University of Idaho in 2014 and holds an active Idaho Real Estate Salesperson license. Emily assists Chase and his team with everything from transaction coordination, document preparation to marketing.
She has a strong background in administration, organization, management, customer service and photography. She has worked predominately in the health care and performing arts sectors for the past 15 years.
In her spare time Emily enjoys spending time with her family and dog, hiking, backpacking, and exploring. In addition to working with Lee Idaho, she continues to work with youth in the community, teaching after school theater and dance programs.
Trey Thomas
Principal
Trey Thomas is a principal with Lee and Associates Idaho, LLC., a full service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Trey recently graduated from the Eller College of Management at University of Arizona, one of the top business schools in the US. Trey volunteered at the business college in the capacity of treasurer for The Eller Service Society. During his time there he gained experience in logistics, and was responsible for coordinating over 500 volunteers to work with local businesses in Tucson, AZ. Trey has joined Lee & Associates to work alongside Chase Erkins, SIOR, Principal at Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC.
Before entering into commercial real estate Trey worked for Healthwise generating leads and cultivating pipelines for enterprise sales. In Addition, to his sales experience at Healthwise, he was also a sales account executive for Elliott Management Group. He has also worked as a Logistics Specialist for Hayden Beverage Group for all of southern Idaho. During his time at these companies, Trey specialized in cultivating and building relationships, managing sales pipelines and further developing his negotiation skills. He is a native Idahoan and was born and raised in Boise, he attended Capital High and enjoys backpacking, fishing, hiking, golfing, camping, rafting, snowboarding and running.

With a robust background in commercial sales honed at Penske Truck Leasing, Gordan is a dynamic professional known for cultivating lasting client relationships and propelling business growth. His journey began in the Treasure Valley, where he developed an innate understanding of the community's needs and dynamics.
Gordan leverages his intimate knowledge of the Treasure Valley to offer insights and solutions to his clients. His tenure at Penske Truck Leasing provided him with invaluable experience in navigating the complexities of commercial sales, where he consistently exceeded expectations by delivering tailored solutions that precisely addressed client needs.
Graduating from the esteemed University of Idaho with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources and having received a solid foundation in academics from Bishop Kelly High School, Gordan brings a blend of academic prowess and real-world acumen to his professional endeavors. Erin Erkins
Marketing & Business Development Director
Erin Erkins is a 13‐year veteran in the nonprofit and business sector. She has experience overseeing programs, event and volunteer management, board development, designing and managing marketing and communications campaigns, and robust social media strategies.
As an active community volunteer and public servant, Erin currently serves on the board of directors for FUNDSY and Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children, the City of Boise Police Department Chief’s Community Advisory Panel, Treasure Valley YMCA Board Governance Committee, and a member of Idaho Business for Education.
She was recognized by the Women’s and Children’s Alliance as a TWIN recipient in 2016 and by the Idaho Business Review as both an “Accomplished under 40” and an “Idaho Women of the Year” recipient. In 2019 Erin was recognized by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) as a “Forty Under 40” recipient.
